He complete his MBBS and MS (Otorhinoloaryngology) degree from M.K.C.G. Medical College & Hospital, Berhampur University, Odisha. Before joining Tata Medical Center Kolkata, he worked some famous hospital like-Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & research Center, Muzaffarpur, Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya Cancer Centre, Varanasi, SCB Medical college, Cuttack and Malabar Cancer Centre, Thalassery, Kerala.
