Doctor Vikram Kekatpure is a senior Consultant of Department of Head & Neck surgery in Tata Medical Center, Kolkata. He completed his MBBS and MS from Nagpur University and MCh (Head and Neck Surgery) from Amrita Institute of medical sciences Kochi. Before joining Tata Medical Center Kolkata, he worked some famous hospital such as- worked as Senior consultant and head, Mazumdar Shaw cancer center, Narayana Health, Bangalore and Aster CMI hospital, Bangalore. Doctor D. Kekatpure received research fellowship from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer center, New York. After that he get his post doctoral research training at the Weill Medical College of the Cornell University, New York. Dr. Vikram has special interests in management of advanced head and neck cancers, salvage surgery, complex post ablative reconstruction and rehabilitation, management of thyroid and laryngeal cancers. His research interests include tobacco carcinogenesis and tumor metastasis.
